Shop & Win carnival at Thiruvananthapuram, Ahmedabad and Lucknow International Airports

The Customer(s) (as defined hereinafter) are eligible to participate in the Contest (as defined hereinafter) on following terms and conditions:

ACCEPTANCE

The Contestant, by participating in this Contest and by submitting the Coupon, do hereby irrevocably and unconditionally accept all the terms and conditions governing this Contest and waives and relinquishes all its rights to challenge any and/or all terms and conditions of this Contest.

DEFINITIONS

In addition to the terms defined elsewhere, in this general Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set forth below, unless the context otherwise requires: –
- “Airports” shall mean the Thiruvananthapuram international airport, (Kerala), Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, International airport, Ahmedabad and Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport, Lucknow,
- “contest ” shall mean the shop & win carnival organized by the Organizer at the Airport for shortlisting & awarding the winner(s) selected from amongst the Customer(s) who purchases any item of the specified value during the Participation Period.
- “Contestant” shall mean the Customer(s) who holds a valid identity proof issued by competent authority and has participated in the Contest at the Airport and has provided its details and consent to participate in the Contest.
- “Coupon(s)” shall mean the entry form having unique identification number allotted to the Contestant, in relation to participation in the Contest.
- “Customer(s)” shall mean any international passenger, shopping/ availing services as per the thresholds mentioned hereinbelow at the arrival and/ or departure terminal of the Airport, except directors, management & employees of the Organizer or Trivandrum, Ahmedabad and Lucknow International Airport Limited, and immediate families thereof.
- “Immediate family” shall mean and include the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child, or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step- grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister, or 1^st cousin.
- “Organizer” shall mean Mumbai Travel Retail Private Limited.
- “Participation Period” shall mean the period beginning from 12:00 am (IST) on 15^th October 2024 till 11:59 pm (IST) 31st March 2025.
- During the above-mentioned period each airport will be announced a total of 2 bike winners (Every 3 months one winner will be announced.)
- “Prize(s)” shall mean the award(s) and prize(s) distributed to the shortlisted winner(s) and more particularly detailed hereunder.
- “Terms & Conditions” shall mean the present terms and conditions governing the Contest.

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION

Entry is open to all Customer(s) who purchase from any duty-free outlet(s) (“Outlet”) participating in the Contest at the arrival and/ or departure terminal of the mentioned Airports during the Participation Period and provide all the required details therein.
In order to participate in the Contest, the Contestant must fill the physical form during the Participation Period. Any form filled / submitted after the Participation Period shall not be considered, irrespective of whether the invoice is issued before the end of the Participation Period.
The Contestant(s) must have attained the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of participation.
Customer(s) must ensure that they feed in the invoice value that meets the prescribed limit mentioned above, the invoice number of relevant invoice, provide the correct personal details, and answer the questions correctly as required.

METHOD OF ENTRY

The Organizer is organizing the Contest wherein all Contestants shall have a chance to win the Prize(s) as mentioned herein below.
All Customer(s) arriving at and/ or departing from the mentioned Airport shall be eligible to participate in the Contest on purchasing goods / availing services at the Airport for the amounts as mentioned below:
- Trivandrum- and Lucknow-
  For duty free Outlet – net invoice value equal to or more than Rupees Five Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Only (Rs. 5,999/-).
- Ahmedabad-
  For duty free Outlet – net invoice value equal to or more than Rupees Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Only (Rs. 7,999/-).
For avoidance of doubt, the ‘net invoice value’ means the total price of goods / services less the discount / offer provided by the duty free Outlets, if any.
In order to participate in the Contest to win the Prize(s), the Customer(s) is required to fill the details mentioned in the form provided at the Outlet.
Further, the Customer(s) is required to answer the question correctly therein.
One entry will be considered for every single invoice meeting the above-mentioned thresholds. Contestant(s) can participate in the Contest multiple times through multiple invoice numbers respectively.
All entries must be received by the Organizer during the Participation Period.
Customers must ensure that they feed in the invoice value that meets the prescribed limit mentioned above, provide the correct personal details, and answer the questions correctly as required. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrect, late, illegible, corrupted, or correspondence whether due to any error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communication failure or otherwise.

SELECTION OF WINNER & AWARDING PRIZES

The Organizer shall shortlist all the Coupons having correct answered the question. The process of selecting the winner shall be as follows:

Within thirty (30) days of the end of the Participation Period, the Organizer shall randomly shortlist three (5 ) Coupons for each Prize(s) & select from amongst them the first selected Coupon to be declared as the winner. The Organizer shall contact the selected winner basis the details provided in the form.
In case the first selected Coupon does not have the valid details filled or if such Contestant is unreachable, then the Organizer shall proceed with the second Coupon to be declared as the winner. The same process shall be followed, i.e., if the second shortlisted Coupon does not have the valid details filled or if such Contestant is unreachable, then the Organizer shall proceed with the third shortlisted Coupon to be declared as the winner.
The selected winners in this Contest will be notified by phone or SMS or WhatsApp message. Apart from reaching out over call, an e-mail shall also be sent to the selected Contestant.
In case all the selected Contestants are not reachable or in case none of them wish to claim the Prize(s), then the Organizer may either cancel the Contest or proceed with disposing of the Prize(s) in the manner it may deem fit.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

All entries will be the property of the Organizer. The information provided by the Contestants will be used by the Organizer for the purpose of conducting this Contest.
The Contestant agrees, acknowledges & consents to the collection, storage, usage & processing of their personal information on the Organizer’s and/or its affiliates’ / group companies’ database.
The Contestant consents to receive marketing and promotional communications from the Organizer and/or its affiliates / group companies.
No request to amend, update, modify, or correct any information of the Contestant shall be entertained by the Organizer.
If a Contestant does not provide all requested personal information, such entries will be deemed to be disqualified.
Contestants also provide their consent to the Organizer using the selected winner’s name, image and/or voice in any media and in any form (including photograph, film, file and/or recording of the same) for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Contest (including any outcome), and other promotional purposes by the Organizer.
The personal data provided by the Contestants shall be used & processed by the Organizer and/or its affiliates/ group companies by way of collection, recording, organizing, structuring, storage, adaptation, retrieval, use, alignment or combination, indexing, sharing, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, restriction, erasure or destruction etc.

PRIZE DETAILS

The Contestant shall stand a chance to win the following Prize(s):
Jawa model 42 bike (Two bike per Airport)
The Prize(s) does not include Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), zero dep/comprehensive insurance charges, RTO charges, any other applicable charges and taxes, optional extras or any other accessories not specified, which shall be borne / reimbursed by the winner, as the case may be. The winner shall cooperate with the Organizer, or any other person nominated by it, in relation to the procedural aspects for claiming the Prize(s), if any.
The winner must have a valid flight ticket and valid identity proof issued by competent authority. Additionally, the winner must have a valid Indian nationality passport issued by competent authority, and a valid driving license issued by competent authority of India.
All other costs associated with the Prize(s), including but not limited to any transfer costs, additional taxes, registration, insurance, and other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner, as incurred. The Prize(s)is subject to any additional terms and conditions specified by the Prize(s)’s suppliers.
The Prize(s)will be handed over by the Organizer at the Airport or at an address decided by Organizer and the collection of the Prize(s) shall be the responsibility of the winner.
It shall be the winner’s responsibility to submit relevant valid documents to substantiate his or her legal eligibility to receive such Prize(s).

PUBLICITY

The Prize(s) winner must, at the Organizer’s request, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the Prize(s), free of charge, and consent to the Organizer using their names and images in promotional material.

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

The Organizer and its associated agencies and companies/ business partners will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Contest or accepting or using any Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
The Organizer and/ or any of its employees, representatives, directors, agents, affiliates, group companies and/or promoters shall not be liable for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Contestants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; (2) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of the Contest; (3) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; or (4) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Contestant’s participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize(s).
The Organizer and its affiliates, and group companies will not be liable for any damage in transit of Prize(s), if any.
This Contest organized by the Organizer is independent of the offers that might be offered in relation to the duty free goods at the Outlet(s). The Organizer shall not be liable in case of any dispute between any Customer and any manufacturer of any duty free good purchased at such duty free Outlet arising due to any reason whatsoever.

SOCIAL MEDIA SITES

The Organizer may communicate or advertise this Contest using any social media site(s) including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc. The Contest, however, is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any of such social media platform. Contestants are providing their information to the Organizer and not to any of such social media platform. Each Contestant completely releases such social media platform from any and/or all liability.

DISQUALIFICATION

In case any Coupon selected as winner does not have the valid details filled or if such Contestant is unreachable, then such Coupon shall be deemed to be disqualified.
The Organizer may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all Coupons from, and prohibit further participation in this Contest by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Contest or acts in violation of these conditions, or acts in a disruptive manner, or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, or threaten the process relating to the Contest.
In the event of the Prize(s) not being accepted or claimed by the selected winner within ten (10) days of the intimation, such winner shall be deemed as disqualified.
The Organizer’s decision in this regard is final, and no correspondence will be entertained in relation to the same.

EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS OF THE ORGANIZER

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest, as well as extend or reduce the Participation Period in its sole discretion and without providing any reasons thereof.

GUARANTEE AND WARRANTEE OF THE PRIZES

The Organizer shall not be responsible for the warranty and /or guarantee of the Prize(s)in any manner. The winner of the Contest shall be responsible to avail the warranty and/or guarantee of the Prize(s)won from its manufacturer /service provider /dealer as the case may be. The Contestant shall be liable to pay the amount of any extended guarantee and/or warrantee on the Prize(s). The Contestant expressly acquits and forever releases the Organizer from the guarantee and/or warrantee of the Prize(s). It is the Contestants responsibility to verify the quality or completeness of the Prize(s) from its manufacturer /service provider /dealer as the case may be.
The Organizer is in no manner responsible for the quality or completeness of the Prize(s).
No claim shall lie against the Organizer in respect of the Contest.
It shall be sole discretion of the Organizer to conduct the Contest. Notwithstanding anything mentioned herein or anywhere else, the Contestant agrees that for all matters directly related to or ancillary to the Contest, including any dispute arising thereof, the decision of the Organizer shall be binding and final on the Contestant and/ or other entities directly or indirectly involved in the Contest.

CHANGES IN PRIZE VALUE

Prize(s) are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for any variation in Prize(s) value. Where a Prize(s) is unavailable for any reason, the Organizer shall not be responsible to provide any substitute for the same in any manner whatsoever.

SITUATIONS AFFECTING CONTEST

If for any reason any aspect of this Contest is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, mobile network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, the Organizer may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest, or invalidate any affected entries.

UNCLAIMED PRIZE

In the event of the Prize(s) not being accepted or claimed within ten (10) days of the being informed about the same, the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid, and the Organizer reserves the right to proceed with disposing of the Prize(s) in the manner it may deem fit.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms & Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the Contestant and the Organizer in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the India and the courts / tribunals at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

SHOP AND WIN CONTEST – STOP SHOP FLY – Your holiday Starts with us

Ospree Duty Free (the “Organiser”) is organizing a shop and win contest under the brand campaign name – STOP SHOP FLY at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Mumbai (“CSMIA”) for all the International Passengers arriving at and / or departing from the Terminal 2 of CSMIA between 22^nd April 2025 to 22^nd July’2025.

The Organiser operates and manages duty free shops at the arrival and departure side of Terminal 2 of CSMIA in accordance with the Concession granted to it by the Mumbai International Airport Limited (the “MIAL” orthe “Airport Operator”)and sells duty-free goods to bona fide international passengers. . The international passengers arriving at and / or departing from the Terminal 2, of CSMIA are eligible to participate in the Shop and Win Contest (the “Contest”) on following terms and conditions:

ACCEPTANCE:

The Contestant, by participating in this Contest and by submitting the Coupon for the Lucky Draw, do hereby irrevocably and unconditionally accept all the terms and conditions governing this Contest and waives and relinquishes all its rights to challenge any and/or all terms and conditions of this Contest.

In addition to the terms defined elsewhere, in this general Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set forth below, unless the context otherwise requires: –
“Airport” or “CSMIA” shall mean the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Mumbai.
“Contest” or “Shop & Win Contest” shall mean the contest organized by the Organizer at Duty Free Shop giving a chance to the International Passengers who has purchased duty free goods, articles etc. from the Duty-Free Shop of the specified value during the Contest Period and have filled entry form and submitted the completed entry form in the raffle ticket to participate.
“Contest Period” shall mean the period between 22^nd April to 22^nd July’2025 (both dates inclusive);
“Contestant” shall mean the International Passenger who is a resident of Indiaan). has participated in the contest.
“Coupon(s)” shall mean the entry form given to the Contestant for participating in the Contest.
“Duty Free Shop” shall mean the duty-free shop being operated at T2, CSMIA.
“Duty Free Goods” shall mean all the goods, articles etc. sold at the Duty-Free Shop.
“International Passenger(s)” shall mean the person travelling to or from outside India.
“Lucky Draw” shall mean the procedure of randomly selecting the Coupon.
“MIAL” shall mean the Mumbai International Airport Limited.
“Organizer” shall mean Ospree Duty free (“ODF”)/Mumbai Travel Retail Private Limited who is operating the duty-free shop at CSMIA.
“Prize” shall mean the award and prize distributed to the lucky winners and more fully detailed in Clause No. 9;
“Terminal 2” or “T2” shall mean the passenger Terminal 2 at CSMIA.
“Terms & Conditions” shall mean the present terms and conditions governing the Contest.

THE CONTEST:

The Organizer is organizing the Contest wherein the International Passenger shall have a chance to win the prize(s) as mentioned herein below.

The International Passenger arriving at and departing from Terminal 2 of CSMIA shall be eligible to participate in the Contest.

The Passengers purchasing the duty-free goods at the Duty-Free Shop shall get a Coupon;

1 (one) Coupon will be issued for every single bill amounting to INR 8999/- (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand Only) or more on shopping from Departure store of Ospree Duty Free INR11999/- or more on shopping at Arrival Duty Free

The International Passenger shall be required to fill in the details as mentioned in the Coupon and answer a simple question to get a chance to win the Prize.

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS:

Entry is open to all International Passengers who shops from the Duty-Free Shop at Terminal 2, CSMIA during the Contest Period and submits the completed Entry Form with all the required details.

The Contestant(s) should be over the age of 18 years to participate in the Contest and should be competent to enter a Contract as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Directors, management, employees and immediate families of the Organizer associated with this Contest are excluded from participating. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or cousin.

The Contestant should submit their personal details as mentioned in the entry form such as name, , passport detailsmobile number, e-mail address and signature Failure to provide these details shall render such Contestant’s entry ineligible and void.

CONTEST PERIOD:

The Contest shall begin at 22^nd April’2025 12:00 am (IST) and closes on 22^nd July’2025 11:59 pm (IST) (“Contest Period”).

METHOD OF ENTRY:

To participate in the Contest, the Contestant should:

1 (one) Coupon will be issued for every single bill amounting

Fill in the Coupon, providing their full name, , passport details, telephone/mobile number, valid e-mail address and any additional information as required by the Organizer.

Submit the Coupons to any entry barrel located at designated Departure & Arrival Store

Contestant(s) can only enter once using a unique email address. All entries must be received by the Organizer during the Contest Period. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted, or misdirected entries, or claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. Contestants who enter using multiple email addresses or aliases shall be disqualified.

PRIVACY STATEMENT:

All entries will be the property of the Organizer. The information Contestants provide will be used by the Organizer for the purpose of conducting this Contest.

The Contestant consents to the storage of their personal information on the Organizer’s database. The Organizer collects Contestants’ personal information to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the Contestant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each Contestant also agrees that the Organizer may use their personal information for marketing purposes. Contestants’ personal information may be disclosed to the statutory authorities. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Organizer. If a Contestant does not truthfully provide all the requested personal information, the Organizer may determine that they are not eligible to win a prize. All entries become the property of the Organizer.

Contestants consent to the Organizer using the Contestant’s name, likeness, image and / or voice in the event that they are a winner (incl. photograph, film, file and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Contest (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Organizer.

In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.

If Contestants opted to receive promotional and news updates from the Organizer and / or MIAL, they may receive these updates via email / SMS / WhatsApp messages. Otherwise, all details and data provided will be held in accordance with the Organizer’s privacy policy. All entries become the property of the Organizer. DRAW DETAILS:

The Lucky Draw will be conducted at T2 CSMIA or at an address determined by the Organizer within 1 week after the Contest Period concludes. To ensure impartiality, the independent nominee who will not be associated with the Organizer. The Organizer’s appointed nominee will randomly select a unique Contestant after the Contest Period. The first valid entry to be randomly drawn will win the Prize.

PRIZE DETAILS:

The Contestant will stand a chance to win: BMW G310 RR bike or Dubai All expense paid trip for couple and assured Experience Booklet

The BIke Prize Model, specifications and its colour will be chosen at the discretion of the Organizer. The Prize does not include, TDS, comprehensive insurance, registration charges, any other applicable charges and taxes, optional extras or any other accessories not specified, which shall be borne by the winner.

Dubai Holiday terms and conditions as confirmed by sponsoring brand

This holiday package entitles the user for a couple trip to Dubai from TravelPort Holidays
The winner will be announced on 25^th July’2025 between 3 to 5 pm
Holiday package is non-transferable to any other person.
Holiday package will not be valid for purchase of only Air Tickets / Train Tickets or Rent-a-Car. The entire package has to be booked through TravelPort Holidays.
Holiday package is valid for booking at the TravelPort Holidays office, not directly at hotels/airlines.
Passport must have a minimum of 6 months validity from the date of travel.
Holiday package has no commercial value as it is limited to services mentioned under the entitlement.
The holiday package cannot be Cancelled, Amended, or Refunded in cash or any other form.
A minimum of 30 days advance notice is required for confirmation.
Traveler/Winner may upgrade or extend their package at their own expense directly with TravelPort Holidays.
In case of an extension, return airfare will still be issued by TravelPort.
This Holiday Package is not valid during blackout dates, including peak travel periods, public holidays, and major events.
This Holiday Package is valid till 31^st October’2025

TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) will be applicable, and it will be borne by the winner.

Experience Booklet – This is an assured prize and all passengers shopping for Rs. 8999/- at departure and Rs. 11999/- at arrival will receive it in form of QR on Invoice. Conditions of these if any will be specified in the experience booklet.

All other costs associated with the Prizes, including but not limited to any transfer costs, additional taxes and other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner, as incurred. The prizes are subject to any additional terms and conditions specified by the prizes suppliers.

The Prize will be handed over by the Organizer at an address determined by Organizer and the collection of the Prize shall be the responsibility of the winner.

If for any reason a Contestant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Contestant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Contest.

The Organizer and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage in transit to prizes.

AWARDING PRIZES:

The Organizer may require winners to provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of travel itinerary. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Organizer’s discretion.

DISQUALIFICATION OF ENTRIES:

ACCEPTANCE:

DEFINITIONS:

In addition to the terms defined elsewhere, in this general Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set forth below, unless the context otherwise requires: –
“Airport” or “CSMIA” shall mean the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Mumbai.

“Prize” shall mean the award and prize distributed to the lucky winners and more fully detailed in Clause No. 9;
“Terminal 2” or “T2” shall mean the passenger Terminal 2 at CSMIA.
“Terms & Conditions” shall mean the present terms and conditions governing the Contest.

THE CONTEST:

The Organizer is organizing the Contest wherein the International Passenger shall have a chance to win the prize(s) as mentioned herein below.

The International Passenger arriving at and departing from Terminal 2 of CSMIA shall be eligible to participate in the Contest.

The Passengers purchasing the duty-free goods at the Duty-Free Shop shall get a Coupon;

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS:

Entry is open to all International Passengers who shops from the Duty-Free Shop at Terminal 2, CSMIA during the Contest Period and submits the completed Entry Form with all the required details.

The Contestant(s) should be over the age of 18 years to participate in the Contest and should be competent to enter a Contract as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Directors, management, employees and immediate families of the Organizer associated with this Contest are excluded from participating.
